I'm Paola Soares, a former journalist turned podcaster, wife, mama to a very active toddler, entrepreneur, Purpose Clarity Coach, Speaker and deep believer that all women should be living the purpose-filled lives of their dreams.
While working in national news I loved working on stories that inspired and uplifted now I've taken my passion of story-telling and combined it with something that I'm very passionate about, helping women redefine failure to chase bold dreams.
See when I was in my career I dealt with a lot of imposter syndrome and fear of failing. While working in my dream industry I was let go from a position, which for me was catastrophic due to my deep fear of failing, insecurities and unrealistic perceptions around success.
After years of playing it safe and feeling "stuck" working in things that left me passionless. I had life changing revelation, every successful person "fails" and it's all part of the journey towards success and purpose.
So I started to dream big again, made strategic decisions to change my mindset and worked towards living the life of my dreams. Now I'm committed to helping other women do the same by helping them leave jobs they are feeling "stuck" by helping them find clarity on their calling, build authority and start their dream business. My hope is they will start living the purpose-filled boss woman life of their dreams.
